8 November: Importance of Puja in Swati Nakshatra

In Vedic Jyotish, the lord of the Swati nakshatra is Rahu Dev himself. According to the scriptures, whenever Rahu transits through Swati nakshatra, which is under his own lordship, his energy becomes extremely powerful. When Rahu is worshipped in this period, the fierce and harsh effect of Rahu is calmed at once. This day is the most sure chance to cut through the hardest “karma-bandhan” (bonds of karma) and the poisonous effect of Rahu-Ketu.

How is Kaal Sarp Dosh formed? (The snake yog of Rahu-Ketu)
When all 7 main Grahs in the janam kundli come between Rahu (the mouth of the snake) and Ketu (the tail of the snake), “Kaal Sarp Dosh” is formed. Because of this, no matter how much a person works, they meet with failure at the last moment. Sudden big financial shocks, tension in married life and scary dreams at night (especially seeing snakes in dreams) are its main signs.
